Launched in January 2025, the Finishing School Program provides an intensive, four-week training course focused on boosting English language fluency and workplace competencies. With a curriculum designed to meet the high standards of the BPO, ITO, and call center sectors, participants develop the expertise required by top global companies.

By refining their English communication skills, program graduates are better prepared to secure high-quality job opportunities, strengthening Honduras’ bilingual talent pool and supporting the expansion of outsourcing industries in the country.

First Graduating Class & Growth

On March 14, 2025, Altia Smart City celebrated the graduation of its first Finishing School class, with 53 students successfully completing the program. These graduates now possess the skills needed to thrive in multinational work environments, opening doors to new career opportunities.

Building on this success, our second training cohort begins on March 17, 2025, offering more individuals the opportunity to refine their English skills and advance their professional development. With each new class, Altia Smart City is increasing the number of bilingual professionals available to meet industry demands.
