On January 1st, one of our valued clients, KM² Solutions, celebrated an extraordinary milestone — 15 years of operations in Honduras. KM² Solutions, founded in 2004, had already built a strong operational foundation in Saint Lucia and other English-speaking Caribbean markets. That vision led them to Honduras.
In 2011, KM² Solutions launched its operations in San Pedro Sula, becoming the first bilingual BPO in Latin America and the first BPO to establish operations at Altia Smart City. It was not the conventional path. At the time, Honduras was not yet widely recognized as a nearshore outsourcing destination.

2020 – Entering Tower 3
Despite global uncertainty during this period, KM² Solutions continued forward. In 2020, they expanded into the 6th floor of Tower 3, reinforcing Honduras as a core delivery hub within their global strategy.
2022 – Reaching New Heights
Two years later, continued growth led to expansion into the 7th floor of Tower 3. This milestone represented maturity, stability, and long-term commitment to the region.
